EVERYTHING STARTS FROM THE PRODUCT
We deal exclusively with premium cattle breeds that are difficult to find, such as Argentine Black Angus raised in the wild in the "Pampas" area , American Black Angus, Japanese Wagyu and Finnish Sashi.
Our products come from the best farms in Argentina, the United States, Australia and Finland.
Our meats are cooked by our master grillers using traditional Argentine techniques, using only vegetable charcoal and beech wood. Unlike charcoal, beech wood contains minimal chemicals and does not crackle, leaving no ash or debris on the meat.
