Purpose of the processing

The Personal Data provided by the interested party are collected and processed for the following purposes:

NATURE OF THE CONTRIBUTION

For the data collected that are part of our database (customer profiles, IT and non-IT decision makers of end-user companies) and the provision of data:
with respect to the purposes of the processing expressed in points f) and g) of paragraph 2 (Purpose of the processing), it is also optional and their use is conditional on the granting of explicit consent.
Any refusal will make it impossible for the owner of the Site to send newsletters or carry out market analyses and research.

Data processing methods and retention periods.

The processing of the interested party's Personal Data will be carried out using suitable paper and electronic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data itself.
The data is retained for the time strictly necessary to manage the purposes for which the data is collected, in compliance with current regulations and legal obligations.
