At Barrio de Tango everything is part of the product.
We deal exclusively with hard-to-find premium quality cuts of meat, such as Argentine Black Angus raised in the wild in the "Pampas" area, American Black Angus, Japanese Wagyu and Finnish Sashi.
All the meat we process comes from the best farms in Argentina, the United States, Australia, and Finland and is exported by the same suppliers here in Italy.
The meat is treated and cooked to perfection by our grillers respecting traditional Rioplatense techniques, using exclusively Argentine vegetable wood which, unlike the charcoal used in usual restaurants, has minimal chemical input and does not crackle, therefore does not leave stones and ash on the meat .
This cooking process makes the meat soft, juicy, and tender, slowly melting in your mouth...
